These terms govern your use of the Shree Arham Gold & Ratnesh Gold website and mobile app (the "Platform") and any purchase you make through it. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate name, mobile number, email and GST/city/pincode details where asked.
  • New accounts may require approval by us before you can place orders.
  • An account is bound to a single registered device. Changing devices requires approval from our team.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.

2. Products and pricing

  • Gold jewellery is priced against the live gold rate of the day plus applicable making charges and 3% GST.
  • Because rates move daily, the price shown at the time of order is indicative until the order is confirmed by us.
  • Product images are for representation. Handcrafted pieces may vary slightly in weight and finish.
  • We may correct pricing or availability errors before confirming an order.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order is a request to purchase; it is confirmed only when approved by us.
  • We may reject or cancel an order, with a reason, where an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or details cannot be verified.
  • Made-to-order items are produced to your specification and follow the additional terms shown at the time of request.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — designs, images, text and logos — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
